First Time ShoppersShop by product category - Click on the category link at the top of every page on our site. You will automatically be taken to the shopping area of the site where all the different types of products we carry are listed. Click on one of the shopping area links on the top navigation bar and you'll be taken to that department. You will then be taken to a page where you can further narrow your search. You can shop by sub-category simply by clicking on one of the links listed on the top navigation bar of the page beneath the main departments.
Shop by Brand - By clicking on the "Brands" link on the top navigation bar, you will be taken to a page with the list of featured brands on PamperedTot.com.

The Shopping Bag
The shopping bag is where you keep your selections until you are ready to check out. It works just like a cart in a store. While you are still browsing, it will hold the items you wish to purchase. Keep in mind, though, that it only holds items while your session is open. If you close your browser or leave the site, you may lose the items in your bag.
To place an item in your shopping bag - Go to a product's information page, select the desired size and quantity, and click the "Add to Cart" button. You will be taken to the Shopping Bag page where you can see the item you just added.
You may review what you have put in your shopping bag whenever you wish. All you have to do is click on the link to "View Cart" at the very top of the page and you will be able to see all of the items you are currently holding in there. Once you click on the Shopping Bag link, you can see the item(s) you've placed in your shopping bag with the name and picture of the item, the color/size you'd like, the price and the quantity. From the Shopping Bag, you'll also be able to update the quantities of any of the items within.
To delete an item from your shopping bag - Click the "Remove Item" link to the far right-side of the item's listing on the Shopping Bag page.
To change quantities of an item - Change the number in the quantity box and click the "Update Cart" button.
To remember items you might want to purchase later, you will need to register for a free PamperedTot.com account and save those items to your Wish List. Click on the "My Account" link at the top of any page to create your PamperedTot.com account. When you have an account and you save these item to your Wish List, we will remember the items you saved and you may view them in your Wish List whenever you visit PamperedTot.com. If the item sells out, it will automatically be removed from your Wish List.
The Checkout Process
New customers - New customers will be asked to enter their email address and then create a PamperedTot.com account. Follow the instructions from this point on: enter in your shipping information, your payment information, and then review your order before placing it.
Return customers - It's easy to shop the second (and 3rd, and 4th and ...) time around on PamperedTot.com. Returning customers can log in by clicking the "My Account" link at the top of every page where you will be asked to enter your email address and their password. You will then be taken directly to your account summary page where your shipping information and any children's info is stored.
Order confirmation - When you have successfully placed your order, you'll be presented with a receipt page that will have your order number on it. You will also be sent an email to confirm your order.
PamperedTot.com accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs.
Sending A Gift
Sending a gift from PamperedTot.com is easy. Just select the item(s) you'd like to send, request gift wrapping and include a personalized message for the gift card. We'll do the rest.
Not sure what would be the perfect gift? How about a PamperedTot.com gift card? We will send a gift card in the mail or via email. Then they can enjoy choosing the items just right for them.
PamperedTot.com has the right to refuse a customer and order fulfillment of any order on its website and/or websites that it advertises on such as, but not limited to, Buy.com, Shop.com and Amazon.com for various reasons such as, but not limited to, orders in violation of its vendor policies, lack of funds, credit card fraud, geographic territories where we are not able to ship products, and if there is insufficient inventory, damages, or the product has been discontinued or is out of stock. PamperedTot.com reserves the right to cancel an order or issue an RMA for merchandise that is advertised in error, that does not conform to advertised specifications or was shipped in error. PamperedTot.com also reserves the right to refuse to ship merchandise to a different address than the credit card statement mailing address.
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, PamperedTot.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. PamperedTot.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, PamperedTot.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
